Shipping & Delivery
We ship from our warehouses in San Francisco, CA and Miami, FL.
Orders typically process within 3–4 business days, unless a product is marked as pre-order.
Once shipped, delivery generally takes 6–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your sofa’s journey home. When tracking is available, you’ll be able to schedule your delivery directly through our carrier partner.
For security, all deliveries require a signature.
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, we’ll make it right. Simply contact us at Help@AlmondWind.com within 48 hours of delivery.
