Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be completely in love with your Almond Wind sofa. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order. Please contact Help@AlmondWind to initiate a return.

We will return the sofa for the value of the sofa minus shipping and delivery costs. The return will be refunded back to the original payment method. The item(s) must be determined by Almond Wind to be in like new condition. 

After your returned product is received, we will examine and inspect the product and will make a determination on whether the product is in “like new" condition. If the product is in “like new” condition, we will accept the return and will credit your original payment method for such product. Refund is subject to applicable return fees.

Defective or damaged orders are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty and are not subject to any return shipping fees. In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will make it right. Almond Wind may request a picture of the damaged item to determine if the item can be repaired. 

Please note that if we are able to replace the damaged parts of your order, but you decide to return your order instead of receiving the replacement parts, then the order will be treated as a returned order (i.e., full refund, less the cost of return shipping).

If you'd like to swap your order for a different Almond Wind product, we'll waive the fee. Get details on exchanges below.

Free Exchanges

If you decide the fabric/color is just not for you, we offer a one-time free exchange for an item of equal or greater value (within 30 days of receiving the order and limited to one free exchange per household). There’s no return shipping fee for your first exchange. Get in touch with our team to arrange an exchange and place a new order for the product of your choice. Help@AlmondWind.com

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We have a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our sofas. Our warranty does not cover wear & tear, negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes on our sofas.

However, if there are any manufacturer defects on cushions and fabrics, we are more than happy to assist and replace them as necessary. For assistance on any warranty replacements, please contact Help@AlmondWind.com for assistance.

Please note: original receipt or order number is required for all warranty claims. All products purchased via secondary or secondhand market will have their warranties voided and not be eligible for warranty replacements.

Return Conditions

Products must be in new condition to be eligible for return (NO STAINS, TEARS, DAMAGES, OR HAVE APPARENT SIGNS OF USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SMELLS). Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Almond Wind's judgement of the state of the products.
