To maintain product quality and minimize transit damage, items must be returned in their original packaging.

Because of the size and freight handling required for upholstered furniture, a return shipping fee will apply:

• 10% of the purchase price when returned in original packaging; minus any applicable shipping and assembly fees. All items must be received before we can process a return.

One Voluntary Return Per Household: Each household is eligible for one voluntary sofa return. Voluntary returns include returns due to comfort, color, size, style, or any other personal preference.

Yes, Please email our support team at help@AlmondWind.com within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations requested after 24 hours may face a 10% restocking fee (up to $200), and orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Custom order may not be cancelled for a refund.
