How long will it take to receive my sofa

Once your sofa ships, delivery typically takes 6-10 business days. You'll receive tracking information so you can follow your sofas journey home

What are the shipping & delivery options?

We offer free standard delivery which is threshold level delivery. Threshold delivery will be delivered at the first dry area of your home (porch, garage, mailroom, lobby). You will receive your shipment the way you typically would receive packages at your location. They are unable to deliver the boxes inside nor can they be instructed to deliver boxes to a certain location or inside your residence. Please plan accordingly to receive your delivery.

Can I expedite my order?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipment. Orders are delivered within the standard timeframe once they leave our warehouse.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

All scheduling is handled directly by the carrier. In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll receive a link from the carrier that may allow you to reschedule or adjust your delivery date.

If the carrier offers this option, you’re welcome to use it. However, not all carriers provide rescheduling services, and we do not control their policies.

If you miss your scheduled delivery, you’ll need to communicate directly with the carrier to arrange a new date. Almond Wind does not manage or guarantee delivery reschedules.

Can you assemble my sofa?

We do not assemble furniture. However, if you select our assembly option, we can coordinate with a trusted service provider through Thumbtack or Task Rabbit (additional fees apply)

Can I request a signature for delivery?

Yes. Signature requests are standard for our delivery.

Your order will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipping. Your shipping confirmation will provide details for your specific carrier. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all of the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and all other countries. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or APOs at this time
