What are the shipping & delivery options?
We offer complimentary standard delivery which is threshold level delivery.
Standard delivery is threshold delivery, meaning your order will be delivered to the first dry accessible area of your home (porch, garage, mailroom, lobby).
Free Delivery with Assembly
This delivery option includes threshold delivery and assembly by a trusted third-party technician.
- Delivery to your doorstep or building entrance (threshold delivery)
- Professional assembly by a third-party assembly partner
- Assembly is scheduled separately from your delivery appointment
White Glove Delivery
For the most seamless experience, we also offer White Glove Delivery, which includes:
- Delivery to the room of your choice
- Boxes carried inside your home
- Carrier will carry boxes up to two flights of stairs within your home
- Professional sofa assembly
- Removal of all packaging and debris after assembly
Important: Although our White Glove team removes the packaging, please ask them to leave all original boxes and packaging materials until you're confident you'd like to keep your sofa. If you think there is any possibility you may return your sofa, you will need the original packaging.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, all Almond Wind sofas must be returned in their original boxes and packaging. We strongly recommend keeping all packaging materials until you are certain you will be keeping your sofa.

Estimated delivery windows are listed on each product page.
Orders typically require 3-4 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, delivery generally take 6-10 business days, depending on your location.
You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way so you can follow your sofas journey.
How is delivery scheduled?

Once your order ships, the carrier will contact you directly to coordinate your delivery. Our team will also send you a link via email to schedule your delivery.
If you need to reschedule, you'll work directly with the carrier to arrange a new date. Almond Wind does not manage carrier scheduling or rescheduling requests.

Your order will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipping. Your shipping confirmation will provide details for your specific carrier.

If you’re unable to make your scheduled delivery window, please contact the carrier directly to arrange a new date.
Delivery scheduling and rescheduling are handled by the carrier once your order has shipped. If you need assistance or have questions, our team is always happy to help guide you in the right direction.

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipment. Orders are delivered within the standard timeframe once they leave our warehouse.

Yes. Signature requests are standard for our delivery.
Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all of the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and all other countries. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or APOs at this time
