We offer returns within 14 days of full delivery of your order.

If you decide Almond Wind isn’t the right fit for your space, we’re here to make the process seamless.

• Complimentary white-glove pickup is available for eligible returns.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are received and inspected at our warehouse.

To maintain product quality and minimize transit damage, items must be returned in their original packaging.

Because of the size and freight handling required for upholstered furniture, a return shipping fee will apply:

• 10% of the purchase price when returned in original packaging; minus any applicable shipping and assembly fees. All items must be received before we can process a return.

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

One Voluntary Return Per Household: Each household is eligible for one voluntary sofa return. Voluntary returns include returns due to comfort, color, size, style, or any other personal preference.

Manufacturing Defects & Damage: If your sofa arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us at help@almondwind.com within the timeframe outlined in our policy. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Adjusting Sofa Comfort: If you'd like to adjust the comfort of your sofa by adding additional filling, please email us at help@almondwind.com. We're happy to provide one complimentary 3 lb bag of premium filling per sofa order to help you achieve your preferred level of comfort.
