- Keep furniture out of direct sunlight to prevent fading and discoloration.
- Rotate and fluff cushions regularly to maintain shape and even wear.
Spot Cleaning Instructions
For everyday messes, follow these simple steps:
- Light Dirt & Scuffs: Use a dry microfiber cloth or soft brush to gently remove debris.
- Minor Stains & Marks: Blot (do not rub) with a damp cloth and a mild, dye-free soap or a fabric-safe cleaner like Folex or Woolite Upholstery Cleaner.
- Deeper Stains: Upholstery cleaners like the Bissell Little Green Machine can help lift stubborn stains.
- If stains persist, proceed with machine washing or professional cleaning as outlined below.
Washing Instructions
Many of our fabric covers are removable and machine washable for easy maintenance.
Machine Wash: Use a cold, delicate cycle with a gentle detergent. Avoid bleach or detergent pods that contain bleach.
Drying: Air drying is recommended, but if needed, use a ‘Tumble Dry’ setting with ‘No Heat.’
Professional Dry Cleaning: Allowed and recommended to extend fabric lifespan.
Keeping White Covers Fresh To maintain bright and fresh white fabrics:
- Soak in warm water with OxiClean or a fabric-safe whitening powder every few months.
Follow with a machine wash as instructed above.
Maintaining a Crisp, Showroom Look:
- Steam fabric occasionally to remove wrinkles and refresh the look.
- Smooth and tuck cushions after washing for a tailored finish.

Shipping + Returns
Shipping
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible.
Returns
We want you to be completely in love with your Almond Wind sofa. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order. Please contact Help@AlmondWind to initiate a return.
We will return the sofa for the value of the sofa minus shipping and delivery costs. The return will be refunded back to the original payment method. The item(s) must be determined by Almond Wind to be in like new condition.
After your returned product is received, we will examine and inspect the product and will make a determination on whether the product is in “like new" condition. If the product is in “like new” condition, we will accept the return and will credit your original payment method for such product. Refund is subject to applicable return fees.
Defective or damaged orders are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty and are not subject to any return shipping fees. In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will make it right. Almond Wind may request a picture of the damaged item to determine if the item can be repaired.
Please note that if we are able to replace the damaged parts of your order, but you decide to return your order instead of receiving the replacement parts, then the order will be treated as a returned order (i.e., full refund, less the cost of return shipping).
If you'd like to swap your order for a different Almond Wind product, we'll waive the fee. Get details on exchanges below.
Free Exchanges
If you decide the fabric/color is just not for you, we offer a one-time free exchange for an item of equal or greater value (within 14 days of receiving the order and limited to one free exchange per household). There’s no return shipping fee for your first exchange. Get in touch with our team to arrange an exchange and place a new order for the product of your choice. Help@AlmondWind.com
Return Conditions
Products must be in new condition to be eligible for return (NO STAINS, TEARS, DAMAGES, OR HAVE APPARENT SIGNS OF USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SMELLS). Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Almond Wind's judgement of the state of the products.
